Most commonly found MC-ing the show, this 20 year veteran is one of our cast leaders. He has performed as Brad, Eddie, Crim, Rocky, Dr. Scott, Columbia, and Riff Raff throughout his career. He works to keep Rocky Horror alive so it can be a place for socially awkward kids to belong like it was for him when he was a kid.
T$ (T-Money)
T$ has been a part of NWI Rocky Horror, on and off, since 2008. Having been dubbed by elders as a “lifer”, T$ has always come back to their home at The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Their first role was Janet, then Trixie, Magenta, Brad, Columbia, Rocky, Frank, and Dr. Scott. All but Riff Raff and Eddie.
“I found my home, and I found my family. I’ve always been free to be my authentic self here. I’m so appreciative and grateful for the experiences and connections I’ve gained through Rocky Horror.”
Gar
Gar has been an integral part of Rocky Horror in NW Indiana for well over a decade. He holds the power to transform into any character. He’s one of the few performers to have played every single role in the film.
Sunny
Sunny performs as Janet Weiss and Trixie. She has been involved in The Rocky Horror community in NWI since 2014. She is a waitress, cat mom, avid hiker, and camper. Sunny loves plants and animals more than people. If she were to be a color… she’d be yellow. Sunny is the embodiment of a sunflower basking in the sunshine (hence her name). Favorite quote from Rocky, “You’re a hot dog!”
Chris
Chris first got into Rocky Horror when he was a teenager. He is one of our amazing crew members! He’s been a part of Rocky Horror in NW Indiana for at LEAST a decade. (Our friendly neighborhood camera man, or the guy who runs around like a madman). “What started out as a funny hobbie to spend time with members of my family soon grew into a passion, and what always felt like a safe place to me. Being an extrovert has always come as a fun time for me, and I still tend to have a harder time connecting with people or making friends. That’s never really been an issue for me at Rocky. “
Mad
Mad joined the cast after seeing one show, and has performed as Columbia. She spends as much time sewing costumes as Frank spends… Well… You know..😏.. Rocky has also given her a space for meeting people as weird as she is.
Gigi Marie
Gigi is so thrilled to newly be apart of Rocky Horror in abundance! She plays Brad. She’s keeping the RKO memory alive and putting on one hell of a show doing it!!
Honk
Honk’s main roles are Rocky and Dr Scott. He’s currently working on Crim and Trixie. Honk hopes to perform all the characters someday. He can’t remember exactly when he started Rocky, but maybe around 1992. “The fact that you can be who your are, no judgment, and honestly, your probably not the weirdest one.”
Angel
Angel is proud to be a part of the Rocky Horror In Abundance cast. She is eager to help and learn the roles, particularly Magenta. Angel is honored to come back to theater for the first time in several years and is excited to be involved in one of her favorite shows. Angel would like to thank her friends and family for their support, as well as the cast for being one of the most patient and inclusive casts she has been involved in. She hopes everyone enjoys the show!
Sam
Sam first saw a live cast in September of 2016, and joined cast by October of 2016. Their first performance was as Columbia in May of 2017, performing with the cast Help Me Mommy; they can still be found being your upbeat local Columbia with our cast! Sam loves to interact and participate with audience, so please feel free to come up and say hi! Favorite AP line: “Has anyone seen my bike horn?” Favorite scene to perform: Lesbian scene, Donnie lets them in that pus.
Patrick
Patrick….is Patrick. Don’t listen to what Lea says about him. She’s a dirty liar who would sooner lick the dirt off the floor than admit Patrick is a better performer. And Donnie? Ignore him as well. He seethes with envy over Patrick’s floor show number. It’s not hard to believe how amazing Patrick is once you’ve met him. Just ask him about math or anything nerdy, and he’s sure to respond with delight.
Nyx
Just a little guy! Nyx joined Rocky Horror in NW Indiana only a week after their 18th birthday (in 2016). They started out in crew on front lights, then moved on to performing. Their first role was Trixie, which they performed with 2 other previous cast members. After that, they found their sweet spot performing as Dr. Scott. ACH! “Did you know that you can play a cane as a flute using the size adjuster holes and the right angles and lung power? I learned that from my friend, Ed”
“My favorite thing about being a part of this rocky cast is that I feel safe and happy enough to be me, even when I’m playing a role, and that every time I went, even when no one knew me (before becoming a cast member), I’ve always felt loved and accepted into this chosen family.”
Sarah
Sarah’s RHPS journey started when she saw her first show in 2005. She fell in love immediately and joined Help Me Mommy when it began in 2008. Her main roles are Columbia and Trixie, but she also helps with crew and was previously a cast leader and crew leader for HMM, as well as having performed Magenta, Janet, Frank, Crim and Dr. Scott.
“My favorite part of being in the cast is having this amazing family who is just as weird and socially awkward as me.” Sarah has also built an extended Rocky family all over the world by attending over a dozen RHPS conventions and events. In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys performing improv and has produced and performed in countless shows throughout the Midwest.
Kiersten
Kiersten is new to the Rocky Horror shadow cast scene; performing as Janet, Trixie, and working on Rocky. She started as a fan of Help me Mommy 5 years ago until joining the new Rocky Horror In Abundance cast. Being a part of a Rocky Horror Picture Show cast had been her dream since she was 15. Well, at least she didn’t pursue her stripper dream…
